Weekly Meal Planning made easy

Hello friends!  Welcome to a new week!  My kiddos start school this week, which is very always bitter sweet.  I am excited and thankful for their new opportunities and experiences, but a new year also marks the passage of time and a sign that my babies are getting older.   The school year also means more evening activities and commitments, which makes meal planning even more important!  I know how difficult eating healthy and meal planning is in our busy lives, especially when parents are working and often our multiple kids are in multiple activities.  Life can be exhausting, but meals can still be a source of joy, togetherness and substance.  I am committed to helping you find a way! I am working on a new series that will help you overcome  your meal planning and prep challenges,  but first, I need to know what those challenges are.  So in the comments below tell about your challanges and struggles.     We are in the journey together and it will be an thrilling ride. 🙂
