Monday: Fish Tacos  cilantro lime baked fish on Corn tortillas with spinach Salad with Avocado and tomato

Tuesday:  Dill chicken Apple Dijon Salad – super easy

Wednesday: Roasted Vegetable Ratatouille with Quinoa

Thursday: Slow Cooker Broccoli and Cheese soup from lecremedelacrumb.com.  I have made this before and it is super yummy!

Friday: Pizza Friday! We haven’t had pizza Friday in a while! I will probably order in and  fresh fruit and veggies on the side

Saturday: Open Faced Turkey Burgers with cucumber salad and baked sweet potatoes

Sunday: Spiced Pear and Raisin Chicken with Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
