Weekly Menu: December 1-7

Holiday Weekly Menu Planning

I hope everyone had an amazing day of Giving Thanks!  I know we did! The day was magical, with so much love, family and friendship, my heart was full and my soul was nourished.  And thanks to the help of many the meal was wonderful, even with a few hiccups:  I over mashed the potatoes, which resulted in a congealed potato blog and a run to the store for new potatoes, and under boiled (I think) the jello in Andy’s Red hot salad so it never congealed.  It was a Great!

Today I am super excited,  because this menu cycle starts December and with December all the merriment of the Holidays! This weekend we are working hard at getting our house fully festive 🙂  This is truly the most wonderful time of the year!

Even though I love this time of year, I  love/hate all the food temptations and increase demands on my time, which can make this time a year a disaster for my “diet” and exercise regime!  Lucky Driven is doing the Holiday Fitness Challenge, which gives me a little more control and frame work for this holiday season!

Happy Holiday Season Friends!
