Weekly Menu: December 15 – 21

Christmas Menu Planning

Happy funday, welcome to a new week,  this is going to be a full one my friends!  For us, this is the last of school for my kiddos before their two week Winter/Holiday break and it will be full of school programs and Holiday parties and some “what-not” to throw on top. Plus most my coaching clients are gearing up for the holidays too, so everyone wants to meet this week and I am happy to oblige 🙂  So because of all the merriment and “what not” in store for us , I am keeping life simple with easy crockpot and 30 minute meals.

And because Hanukkah starts Tuesday December 16th of  this week I wanted to wish all my jewish friends a very Happy Hanukkah!  During The Festival of Lights, may your lives be full of  joy, your heart be full of love and your world be full of peace! Have a beatiful Festival Everyone!

Monday: Spiced Pear and Raisin Chicken over Rice (new recipe, its a must try my friends!) , with wilted garlic baby spinach.
Tuesday: Lemon Baked Fish with Israel Veggie Couscous
Wednesday: Pasta de Savoy  with roasted cauliflower
Thursday: Southwestern Chicken Stew with Side salad (I will throw ingredients into a crockpot the night before, so I just turn it on the next day)
Friday:  Breakfast for Dinner; Uncured bacon, ginger pancakes, scrambled eggs and cut up fruit
Saturday: Easy Peasy Tacos with carrots
