Welcome to another week! Last was a mixed bag, the beginning of the week was cold and gray and the end of the week was beautiful and sunny, but brought flu season to our house. But I am thankful to have 3 really healthy kiddos who will get better and the ability to care for them. Really life is good and we are blessed. 🙂

Monday: Turkey Tacos and Roasted Broccoli
Tuesday: Pear Gorgonzola Salad with Vinaigrette Salad with Grilled Chicken
Wednesday: Broccoli Bacon Quiche
Thursday: Taco Soup with Side Salad and left over Vinaigrette from tuesday.
Friday: Breakfast for Dinner. Chia Pancakes or Kerbey Lane Gingerbread Pancakes (recipe here) with eggs, sausage and eggs
Saturday: Naked Greek Turkey Burger with Feta Cucumber Salad over Salad
Sunday: Pork Roast in a Crockpot (similar to Pork Tacos) with Salt and Vinegar Smashed potatoes and Roasted Cauliflower
