Hello, welcome friends, so glad you can join me on this beautiful sunday! This week’s menu if full of some simple favorites from my recipe bank, but also a few new treasures I found on this month’s Recipe Redux. I just loved the Smokey and Spicy theme, (check out my contribution Sriracha Brussels Sprouts), there were some really great submissions and I loved looking through them. I got some great ideas for recipes and ways expand my culinary skills…I have never used a Smoke flavoring in my cooking and I can’t wait to try it!
Alrighty, now I’m going to wrap this up so I can head outside enjoy this glorious weather, which we appreciate even more after a week of cold rainy weather! #thegoodlife

Friday: Easy Peasey Beef Tacos – TGIF! – I am going to make 3 batches to have in the freezer (separated) for quick and easy 10 minute meals
Saturday: Udon Noodle Soup with Collard Greens (Recipe Redux recipe here)
Sunday: Southern Shrimp Quinoa (Still working on the recipe, but I am going for a spin on Shrimp and Grits here)
