Weekly Menu: January 5 – 11

Fall Weekly Menu Planning

It’s going to be a full one over here folks!  I have LOVED this last two weeks of sleeping late(er), easy days and vacation, but it’s now time to get back to the real world.  Actually, I am really pretty excited to get back into a normal routine.  My kiddos are pretty excited about starting back to school to see their friends and start back with their activities like dance, soccer and basketball (everything starts back this week, it will be cray, cray!! 😉 )   And, I have a full week of client coaching sessions, (which I have really missed these last two weeks, #bringsmejoy #fulfillingwork #grateful) and have some new recipes in the pipeline, so I am pretty excited about experimenting with those!  All in all, it will be a pretty great week, I know it!

Have a wonderful week friends!

Monday: Shrimp Scampi with Roasted Broccoli– My son has been asking for this for a week  🙂

Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup  with Spinach Salad on the side

Wednesday: Lime Cilantro Baked Fish with Black Bean and Rice and Squash

Thursday: Lentil Chili – We have a busy evening, so I need something I can put in a crockpot

Friday:  Homemade pizza – I use to make homemade pizzas all the time and I want to bring it back.

Saturday:  Birthday Celebration with my Beautiful Mommy #grateful #nourishingwhatworks

Sunday:  Meatloaf with Rice Pilaf and Fresh Snap Green Beans
