Monday:  One Pot Pad Thai – I LOVE these easy meals!

Tuesday: Pork tacos  in Crockpot, I haven’t had these in ages!  + Sriracha Lime Brussels Sprouts

Wednesday:  Creamy Lemon Chicken with Basil with Roasted Asparagus – with all the rain my basil is growing like crazy!  Yum!

Thursday:  Easy Peasy Tacos with Side Salad

Friday: Pizza Friday…just sounds right!

Saturday:   Turkey with Roasted Vegetables and Rice

Sunday: Dinner with friends, and I am bringing this yummy Cucumber Quinoa with Blackberry Vinaigrette from the blog,  Food, Faith Fitness …no I have never made it before, but I think eating with friends is the perfect opportunity to try something new!

Happy Mother’s Day!  I am currently enjoying a delicious brunch with my own Momma! ????

I also want to send a bog ole’ burst of love and thanks to all the mother’s out there, young, old, someday mothers and just like a momma, thank you for all you do to make this world a better place! You are doing good work!

Salmon Cobb Salad

I am a sucker for a Cobb salad! I absolutely love the combination of fresh greens, crispy bacon, creamy cheese (especially if it’s blue cheese
