Hello, Friends!  Welcome to another week!

This week’s menu is full of new recipes to us and recipes I haven’t made in a while that I will be posting.  I am feeling a little restless and bored with the recipes I have been making and since many of our evening practices and meetings are winding down, I will have more time in the evening to try new recipes and play in the kitchen…and am really, really excited about it.  I will let you know how it turns out and

Hope you have an another amazing week everyone! xoxo.

Monday:  Chicken Florentine Artichoke bake.  New recipe:  I have had this recipe pinned for even, this week is the week!

Tuesday:  Turkey Apple Cheddar Mini-Meatloaves with Sweet Potato Medallions (recipe to come)

Wednesday: Veggie Enchiladas.  Recipe to come 🙂

Thursday:  Shrimp and Grits.  For some reason this just sounded good!  I am using this recipe as inspiration, but will be lighting it up a bit 🙂

Friday: Dinner with the Kids – Its just me and the kids tonight, so we will be deciding dinner whim 🙂

Saturday: Pizza after the game.  My little soccer star  has her last soccer game tonight, so we will be having a celebratory Pizza party after 🙂 GO Lions!

Sunday: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole.  I saw this recently and knew I just had to try it!  I remember having Chicken Cordon Bleu as a kid and thinking it was the best thing EVER!  Looks pretty yummy doesn’t it and half the effort of traditional Chicken Cordon Blue…just my style!
