Hello friends! We are  looking forward to another fun and full week this week! Hope you all also have an amazing week, make it magnificent!

Monday: Chicken Soup with Dumplings and Side Salad

Tuesday: Turkey with Rice and Roasted Vegetables

WEdnesday: New recipe found here: Cauliflower Carbonara…sounds amazing!  Can’t wait to try it!

Thursday: Cajun black beans with Rice

Friday: Fish Tacos, using the cilantro lime fish recipe with lettuce and avocados in flour or corn tortillas

Saturday: Meatball Subs:  Easy saturday night meal: you can make your own meatballs or buy the frozen kind.  Toss them in the crockpot with some red sauce or store bought pasta sauce. Go about your day and come back to an easy, fun meal for your saturday.

Sunday: Smothered Chicken: using smothered pork chop recipe but using chicken instead of pork chops.  With a side of Roasted broccoli
