Accept what is

So much of our frustration and pain in life is wishing things were different than they are. But the fact is, things are the way they are.

????And the sooner we can stop wishing things were different, the sooner we can start working to make them different.

Acceptance does not = resignation. On the contrary, acceptance allows us to ask ourselves better more empowering questions.

Which is the better question ???? “Why is this happening to me?” or “What can I do to make this better?”

Our life and future, come down to the questions we ask ourselves, so if you want a better future, start asking yourself better questions. You have more control over your life than you realize. ❤️
