- It’s mainly a Monounsaturated fat, which has been proven to reduces inflammation, can potentially protective against cancer.
- Reduces Risk of Stroke
- Helps prevent LDL cholesterol from causing heart disease (atherosclerosis)
- Potentially protects the brain from neurodegenerative diseases
- Helps stabilize blood sugars
- Supports healthy weight loss and maintenance
There is more, but these were some of my favorites, but there are many more!I can’t make a specific amount recommendation because it will change will vary based on your goals, what you eat and cook. But it’s evident that olive oil is a beneficial and should be delicious part of your healthy, balanced diet!
