Freedom from Emotional Eating (show notes)

In my latest episode of The Pursuit of Wholeness Podcast, I am talking about one of my favorite and (I think) most important topics in wellness, Emotional Eating.  It’s one of the biggest things that get in the way of our best intentions and highest goals.  And the kicker is, it happens so unintentionally and subconsciously that it’s hard to stop, and it makes us feel like such a weak-willed failure…speaking from experience here! 

It is estimated that ~75% of overeating is due to emotional eating. But finding new ways to handle emotional eating is so possible, with a lot of time, intention, and self-compassion, you can find freedom from emotional eating and Liberate yourself from this frustrating cycle of overeating, restricting, and losing control around food. This is a hard part of your journey, but it is incredibly transformative and worth every thought, moment, and intention and is incredibly transformative!
