An Ode To Breakfast

You don’t have to be colorful

Or Complicated

You don’t have to be Pretty

Or Lavish

Or win any awards,

You Simply must be tasty

And Easy

And whole

And You Simply must be

Momma always said, ‘Breakfast is the most important meal of the day’…and you know the thing about Momma, she is usually right!

Start your day out, by taking the time to nourish yourself, by eating something whole and tasty (+ protein) for breakfast.

Don’t over think it and just make it.

Eating gives your metabolism a kick-start, helps your body run optimally. Eating breakfast also keeps you being chased my hunger all day (which also leads to overeating + negative feelings).

So Grab some leftovers, or a couple boiled eggs + Carrots + apples+ Peppers or some overnight oats or Premade Spinach Frittatas.

But whatever you do, don’t let the morning pass without fueling and nourishing your body.
