The Weekly Menu: November 9-15

Monday:  Turkey Fajitas  with side salad.

Tuesday:  Chicken Soup with Spaetzle – I have been making this a lot lately, even though it hasn’t been on the menu, it’s just so easy and makes we feel cozy on these cooler days.  I love making these little Spaetzle dumplings because they have such a great texture and I can make them Gluten Free by using Gluten Free all-purpose flour mix and this super handy Spaetzle maker (affiliate link) makes it so easy!

Wednesday: Crock Pot Philly Cheese Steak and cut up veggies on the side.  – Out and About tonight

Thursday: Tuscan Kale with Sausage Pasta with Roasted Broccoli

Friday:  One Pot Pad Thai – Perfect Friday night meal, quick easy and little clean up!

Saturday: Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples, from Stockpiling Moms – I saw this on Pinterest and I have to try it!

Sunday: Good Ole Shepard’s Pie with Roasted Brussels Sprouts
