Tuesday – Deconstructed Eggplant Parmesan with Pasta

Wednesday – Slow Cooker Kielbasa, Cabbage and Potato Soup from Healthy Seasonal Recipes

Thursday – Turkey and Rice with Roasted Vegetables

Friday – One Pot Pad Thai

Saturday – Burgers from Teaspoon of Spice with Green Salad from RDN Mommy

Sunday – Salisbury Steak, Mini-Style with Roasted Carrots over Mashed Potatoes from Fannetastic Food
